Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers aerobics classes have begun! Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-11 am, come on in and enjoy some fun and healthy exercise focused on seniors. Exercise at your own pace with different bands, bells and resistance and follow the lead with our certified instructors. Come join this rapidly growing offering!

Currently we are Offering Silver Sneakers Classic Classes:

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
