Improve your fitness through the sport of soccer. This unique combination of soccer and fitness routine improves agility, cardiovascular performance and technique. It is being presented in partnership with Rocky Mountain Soccer Camps and will be led by Mark Perdew, who has over 30 years of professional training experience. Then enjoy a friendly scrimmage after the routine.
